There is nothing as frustrating as being ready to share your thoughts with the world, only to find you can’t login to your Parler account. Has this happened to you? Good news, you can use this as a guide to troubleshoot issues with the Parler mobile app or website. 

Forgot Your Password?

Go to the sign in page for your Parler account and enter either your username, mobile number, or email address associated with your account. Then click “forgot password?” and you will be directed to reset your password. For more information on resetting your password, click here

Parler App Support

If you are experiencing issues with either the iOS or Android app, the first step is to update your device to the latest operating system. Often, this will quickly resolve issues. But if troubles persist, there are other actions you can take.  

Restarting the App

If you’ve downloaded the Parler app from the App Store or Google Play Store and your app isn’t working, try closing the app and opening it again. 

Restart Your Device 

Still experiencing problems after restarting the app? Try restarting your device. Turning your device off and back on may resolve issues going on in the background.  

Network Connection 

If the app isn’t working, it may be your internet connection. Check to see if you’ve got strong enough signal to load the app. Users on a VPN may also try turning the VPN off and back on.

Uninstall/Reinstall the App 

If the solutions above don’t resolve your issue, you may want to uninstall the app from your device. Once the app is removed, try reinstalling the app.
